- What are your minimums?
- Screen printing runs start at 6 pieces for shop pricing. Embroidery starts at 6 pieces. DTF has no minimum — perfect for one-offs and samples.
- How fast can you turn a job?
- Standard windows depend on proof approval, garment sourcing, and queue. Rush is available when the schedule allows — typically +25% when we can slot it without compromising someone else's deadline.
- What file formats do you accept?
- Vector AI or EPS preferred. High-resolution PDF or PSD with layers helps. Raster art should be 300 DPI at print size. If you are not sure, send what you have — we will tell you straight if it needs a redraw.
- What is your rush policy?
- Rush means you need it faster than our standard production window. When we can do it, rush adds about 25% to the job total.
- Do you take a deposit?
- Yes — 50% deposit before production, with a 100 minimum on most apparel jobs. Card via Stripe. Deposit before production.
- How do I get a quote?
- Use the quote form, call (801) 487-6443, or walk in at 3592 S 900 E. The Z-Team aims for same-day responses on business days.
