By using z-apparel.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. Z-Apparel is the apparel brand of the Z-Team operating alongside SignZ at 3592 S 900 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84106.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are estimates until approved in writing (including proof approval where applicable). Pricing may change if garment availability, art complexity, or timelines change after the quote.

Artwork and proofs

You represent that you have rights to submit artwork for reproduction. You are responsible for final proof approval before production.

Payments

Deposits and balances may be collected via card through our payment processor. Production timelines generally start after deposit and proof approval unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z-Apparel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
